CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
AND JERRY HAAG FOR PLANNING SERVICES
RELATED TO SHEARWATER DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco desires to hire Jerry
Haag to work as a contract Planner on the Shearwater Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco, that:
The City Manager is authorized and directed to prepare and
execute on behalf of the City of South San Francisco an Agreement
for preparation of the Environmental Review Documents for the
Shearwater Development. A copy of the Agreement is on file in the
Office of ~he City Clerk.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a re§u]ar meeting held on the 28th day of
, 1995 by the following vote.

Councilmembers Jack Drago, Joseph A. Fernekes, John R. Penna,
Roberta Cerri Teglia and Mayor Robert Yee
