CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT, OPTION //2 OWNER'S PLAN, FOR 410 AIRPORT BOULEVARD RECITALS WHEREAS, applications for: (1) a Planned Unit Development for property at 410 Airport Boulevard more particularly described as Assessor Parcel Number 012-317-110) were submitted to the City. The planning application is sometimes referred to together herein as the "Project"; and WHEREAS, an environmental initial study (the "Initial Study") which considered the potential environmental impacts of the Project was processed and reviewed in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act. The Initial Study determined that the Project would not have any potentially significant impacts on the environment; and WHEREAS, based upon the Initial Study and other information including, but not limited to, he East of 101 Area Plan Environmental Impact Report ("Area Plan EIR"), a Mitigated Negative Declaration was prepared for the Project pursuant to Pub. Res. Code Section 21080(c)(2) and was made available for public review pursuant to Pub. Res. Code Sections 21091 et seq.; and WHEREAS, on April 6, 1995, the (the "Planning Commission") held a duly noticed Declaration and the Project; and Planning Commission of the City of South San Francisco public hearing on the proposed Mitigated Negative WHEREAS, after having reviewed and considered all evidence and testimony in the record, the Planning Commission voted to recommend to the City Council of the City of South San Francisco (the "City Council") adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for the Project. WHEREAS, by separate resolution the Planning Commission has voted to recommend to the City Council of the City of South San Francisco (the "City Council") adoption of a Negative Declaration for the Project; and WHEREAS, after having reviewed and considered all evidence and testimony in the record, the Planning Commission voted to recommend to the City Council of the City of South San Francisco (the "City Council") approval of Planned Unit Development Option #1 - City Plan for the property at 401 Airport Boulevard, more particularly described as Assessor Parcel Number 012-317-110; and 2 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council adopts Planned Unit Development Option//2 - Owner's Plan, as amended, to require construction of handicapped access ramps at the northwest and southwest comers of Airport and Miller and at the northeast and southeast comers of Cypress and Miller and to require a minimum 5-1/2 foot sidewalk width and a 6 foot landscaping width based on the following findings: 1. The project approvals for the project and the Mitigated Negative Declaration include the measures designed to mitigate any environmental impacts of development resulting from the Project. 2. Based upon the Initial Study and the entire record before the City Council, the City Council finds that the Project does not have the potential to result in any significant impact on the environment. 3. The Initial Study and the Mitigated Negative Declaration reflect the City Council's independent judgment. 4. The proposed Planned Unit Development - Option//2 Owner's Plan is consistent with the General Plan Land Use Element which designates the properties as Planned Commercial. 5. The proposed Planned Unit Development is consistent with the Zoning Ordinance as --tmended by the City Council. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at the regular meeting held on the 28t~lay of._dmm, 1995.
