CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
AND MOREHOUSE ASSOCIATES FOR PREPARATION
OF AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FOR THE
SHEARWATER SPECIFIC PLAN
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
The City Manager is authorized and directed to prepare and
execute on behalf of the city of South San Francisco an Agreement
with the firm of Morehouse Associates in the amount of Eighty Nine
Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Dollars ($89,940) for preparation of
an environmental Impact Report for the Shearwater Specific Plan.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a r~glJ]ar meeting held on the 28th day of
, 1995 by the following vote.
