CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AWARD OF
CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO AND G.E. CHEN CONSTRUCTION, INC.
FOR THE AIRCRAFT NOISE INSULATION PROGRAM
PHASE IX
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
The City Manager is authorized and directed to prepare and
execute on behalf of the City of South San Francisco a construction
contract with the firm of G.E. Chen Construction, Inc. in the
amount of Three Million Nine Hundred Ninety One Thousand Four
Hundred Forty Dollars ($3,991,440) for the Aircraft Noise
Insulation Program - Phase IX relating to the insulation of 450
homes in Brentwood and Avalon Park.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the city of South San
Francisco at a r~§.J]ar meeting held on the 12th day of
July , 1995 Dy the following vote.

and Mayor Robert Yee
