A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AWARD OF
CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AND HOWARD QUINN COMPANY
FOR PRINTING THE QUARTERLY LEISURE
ACTIVITIES GUIDE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
The City Manager is authorized and directed to prepare and
execute on behalf of the City of South San Francisco a contract
with the firm of Howard Quinn Company in the amount of Eighteen
Thousand Five Hundred Thirty Six Dollars ($18,536.00) for printing
the Quarterly Leisure Activities Guide.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the city of South San
Francisco at a re~]ar meeting held on the 26th day of
July , 1995 by the following vote.

Councilmembers Joseph A. Fernekes, Roberta Cerri Teglia
and Mayor Robert Yee
