CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AWARD OF
CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AND DEWEY PEST CONTROL
TO PERFORM RODENT CONTROL SERVICES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
The City Manager is authorized and directed to prepare and
execute on behalf of the City of South San Francisco a contract
with the firm of Dewey Pest Control in the amount of Twenty
Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Five Thousand Dollars ($20,965.00) to
perform rodent control services. Funding for this contract is
provided for in the Operating Budget.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a re,ilar meeting held on the 26th day of

Councilmembers Joseph A. Fernekes, Roberta Cerri Teglia
and Mayor Robert Yee
