CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AWARD OF
CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AND SATTERFIELD & CO.
FOR THE ARMOUR AVENUE RECONSTRUCTION
PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
The City Manager is authorized and directed to prepare and
execute on behalf of the City of South San Francisco a contract
with the firm of Satterfield & Co. in the amount of Two Hundred
Eighty Four Thousand One Hundred Ninety Five Dollars ($284,195.00)
for the Armour Avenue Reconstruction project. Funding for this
contract is provided for in the Capital Improvement Budget.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the C~ty Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a requ]ar meeting held on the 9th day of
August , 1995 by the following vote.
