CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE CITY MANAGER TO PREPARE AND EXECUTE
A MASTER AGREEMENT FOR DESIGN AND
CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT SERVICES FOR THE
AIRCRAFT NOISE INSULATION PROGRAM
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
1. The City Manager is authorized and directed to prepare
and execute on behalf of the City of South San Francisco an
Agreement, to serve as a Master Agreement, between the City of
South San Francisco and Corlett, Skaer and DeVoto Architects, Inc.
for providing continued design and construction support services in
connection with the Aircraft Noise Insulation Program.
2. Such Master Agreement provides for unit prices for such
services of all work begun during Fiscal Year 1995-1996.
3. The total cost of services for Fiscal Year 1995-1996
shall not exceed $4,350,000.
5. Funding is provided for in the Public Works budget for
the Aircraft Noise Insulation Program.
6. A copy of the Agreement is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a requ]ar meeting held on the 9th day of
Auqust , 1995 by the following vote.

Councilmembers Jack Drago, Joseph A. Fernekes, John R. Penna,
Roberta Cerri Teqlia and Mayor Robert Yee
