CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO APPROVING A BUDGET APPROPRIATION OF
$12,500 TO THE CONFERENCE CENTER FISCAL YEAR
1995-96 BUDGET FOR A PERFORMANCE INCENTIVE
PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the city Council, on June 28, 1995, approved the
budget identified as the "Conference Center Fiscal Year 1995-96
Budget" in the amount of $1,990,286 in revenue and $1,979,132 in
expenditures; and
WHEREAS, the City Council did not appropriate $12,500 of the
expenditure amount to salaries and benefits for a Performance
Incentive Program since the Conference Center Authority had not yet
approved a Program; and
WHEREAS, the Conference Center Authority, on July 27, 1995,
approved a Performance Incentive Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco as follows:
1. The appropriation of $12,500 to Salaries and Benefit for
a Performance Incentive Program is hereby approved.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a re§u]ar meeting held on the 9th day
of A,10~J~t , 1995 by the following vote:
AYES:
Councilmembers Joseph A. Fernekes, John R. Penna and
Roberta Cerri Teglia
NOES:
Councilmember Jack Drago and Mayor Robert Yee

ABSENT: None
