CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DEDICATION OF
A STORM DRAINAGE EASEMENT ON THE COUNTRY
CLUB PARK NO. 2-A PARCEL MAP
WHEREAS, the parcel map has been prepared to create a lot at
the southwest corner of Country Club Drive and E1 Camino Real to
accommodate a proposed Walgreen's Store; and
WHEREAS, as a condition of the store's Use Permit, a 15' wide
drainage easement was required to be dedicated to the City to
accommodate the existing storm drain facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco accepts the dedication of a 15' wide
storm drainage easement as offered for public use on the Country
Club Park No. 2-A Parcel Map.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the city Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a requ]ar meeting held on the 13th day of
September , 1995 by the following vote:

Teqlia and Mayor Robert Yee
