CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AWARD OF
CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AND SHAW PIPELINE INC.
FOR THE EL CAMINO STORM DRAIN LINE
REPLACEMENT PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
The City Manager is authorized and directed to prepare and
execute on behalf of the City of South San Francisco a contract
with the firm of Shaw Pipeline Inc. of San Francisco, CA. in the
amount of Two Hundred Fifty Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty
Eight Dollars ($258,768.00) for the E1 Camino Storm Drain Line
Replacement Project. Funding for this contract is provided for in
the Capital Improvement Budget.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the city Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 13th day of
~ptpmber , 1995 by the following vote.

Councilmember Jack Drago, Joseph A. Fernekes, Roberta Cerri
Teglia and Mayor Robert Yee
