CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING JOHN CAROLLO
ENGINEERS TO PROCEED WITH TASK ORDER
NO. 2 RELATED TO PREPARATION OF A
FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR UPGRADING THE
WATER QUALITY CONTROL PLANT FACILITY
AND EXPANDING THE CAPACITY OF SAID
FACILITY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
1. The City Manager is authorized and directed to prepare
and execute on behalf of the City of South San Francisco a contract
with the firm of John Carollo Engineers in the amount of One
Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($120,000) to proceed with Task
Order No. 2 related to preparation of a feasibility study for
upgrading the Water Quality Control Plant Facility and expanding
the capacity of said facility.
2. The City Council further appropriates One Hundred Twenty
Thousand Dollars ($120,000) to the 1994-1995 Capital Improvement
Program (Amendment CIP 95-14) to cover costs associated with Task
Order No. 2. Funds for said appropriation are available in the
Sewer Enterprise Fund.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
