CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT 95-14
TO THE 1994-1995 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
BUDGET APPROPRIATING $689,000 IN SEWER
ENTERPRISE FUNDS TO THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
PROGRAM, SEWER FUND PROJECTS FOR PREPARATION
OF A FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR WATER QUALITY
CONTROL PLANT IMPROVEMENTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the city of South San
Francisco as follows:
1. The City Council hereby appropriates Six Hundred Eighty
Nine Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($689,200) to the 1994-1995
Capital Improvement Program (Amendment CIP 95-14) to cover costs
associated with the preparation of a feasibility study for
upgrading the facility and expanding the capacity to the Water
Quality control Plant Improvements. Funds for said appropriation
are available in the Sewer Enterprise Fund.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 13th day of
~ptember , 1995 by the following vote:

Councilmembers Jack Drago, Joseph A. Fernekes, Roberta Cerri
Teglia and Mayor Robert Yee
NOES: None
