CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AWARD OF
CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AND O'GRADY PAVING, INC.
OF MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA. FOR THE
RESURFACING OF GELLERT BOULEVARD FROM
KING DRIVE TO WESTBOROUGH BOULEVARD AND
SPRUCE AVENUE FROM STARLITE STREET TO
HUNTINGTON AVENUE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
The City Manager is authorized and directed to prepare and
execute on behalf of the City of South San Francisco a contract
with the firm of O'Grady Paving, Inc. of Mountain View, CA. in the
amount of Two Hundred Fifty Six Thousand Six Hundred Sixteen
Dollars and Ten Cents ($256,616.10) for the Resurfacing of Gellert
Boulevard from King Drive to Westborough Boulevard and Spruce
Avenue from Starlite Street to Huntington Avenue. Funding for this
project is provided for in the 1994-1995 Capital Improvement
Program.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the city Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a requ]ar meeting held on the 27th day of
September , 1995 by the following vote.

Councilmembers Jack Draqo, Joseph A. Fernekes, John R. Penna,
Roberta Cerri Teqlia and Mayor Robert Yee
