CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBMITTAL
OF THE 1994-95 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
BLOCK GRANT GRANTEE PERFORMANCE
REPORT TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING
AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, the Department of Housing and Urban Development
requires entitlement communities receiving Community Development
Block Grant funding to submit a year end programmatic and financial
report entitled CDBG Grantee Performance Report; and
WHEREAS, it is a federal requirement that the Grantee
Performance Report be made available for public comment prior to
its submittal to HUD; and
WHEREAS, the City's due date for submittal is September 29,
1995; and
WHEREAS, a notice of this Public Hearing was published in the
South San Francisco Enterprise Journal on Sunday, September 17,
1995; and
WHEREAS, the Grantee Performance Report has been available in
the Office of Economic and Community Development, City Hall, 400
Grand Avenue for public review.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South Francisco that submittal of the 1994-1995 Community
Development Block Grant Grantee Performance Report to the
Department of Housing and Urban Development is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is authorized to
execute all submittal documents related to the Plan.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a re§u]ar meeting held on the 27th day of
September , 1995 by the following vote:

Councilmembers Jack Drago, Joseph A. Fernekes, John R. Penna,
Roberta Cerri Teglia and Mavor Robert Yee
