CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET AMENDMENT
CIP 94-6 TO THE 1993-1994 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
BUDGET - AIRCRAFT NOISE INSULATION. PHASE IX
WHEREAS, the San Francisco International Airport is
establishing a program to expand insulation of homes against
aircraft noise; and
WHEREAS, funding for this program is expected to be received
beginning August, 1994; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to have programs ready to
use these funds expeditiously.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco that it hereby adopts this budget amendment
to transfer $152,000 to the aviation grant fund and appropriate
these funds to the Aircraft Noise Insulation Project, Phase IX, to
be reimbursed from the San Francisco International Airport once
they are received.

introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
