CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR THE WEST PARK 1, 2 & 3,
STONEGATE RIDGE AND WILLOW GARDENS
COMMON GREENS
WHEREAS, the City solicited
maintenance of West Park 1, 2 & 3,
Gardens Common Greens; and
competitive bids for the
Stonegate Ridge, and Willow
WHEREAS, the bids were received and opened on April 20, 1994;
and
WHEREAS, Four Seasons Landscape and Maintenance was the most
responsive and responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of the city
of South San Francisco, that:
1. The Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest
responsible bidder, Four Seasons Landscape and Maintenance, in the
amount of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Six Hundred ($150,600.00)
Dollars, and authorizes the City Manager to sign the agreement with
Four Seasons Landscape and Maintenance which is on file in the
Office of the City Clerk.
2. The Council hereby rejects all other proposals or bids.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the city of South San
Francisco at a requ]ar meeting held on the llth day of
May , 1994 by the following vote:

Councilmembers Jack Dra,~o, John R. Penna, Roberta Cerri Teglia,
Robert Yee and Mayor Joseph A. Fernekes
