CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR THE
VEHICLE EXHAUST EXTRACTION SYSTEM FOR FIRE
STATIONS 2, 3, 4 AND CENTRAL
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
The City Manager is authorized and directed to execute on
behalf of the City of South San Francisco an Agreement in an amount
not to exceed $53,021.29 between the city of South San Francisco
and Air Exchange, Inc. of San Bruno for the Vehicle Exhaust
Extraction System of Fire Stations 2, 3, 4 and Central. The system
will exhaust diesel fumes from fire engines to the outside of the
fire station, as set forth in the Agreement on file in the Office
of the City Clerk. Funding is provided for in the Capital
Improvement Program. .
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 25th day of
