CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT TO PREPARE PLANS
AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE REPAIR OF COMPOSITE
WOOD ROOF BEAMS AND AUTHORIZING ADVERTISING FOR
BIDS FOR A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT TO REPAIR THE
BEAMS AT FIRE STATION 4
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
The City Manager is authorized and directed to execute on
behalf of the City of South San Francisco an Agreement in the
amount of $7,480 between the City of South San Francisco and DASSE
DESIGN, INC. to prepare plans and specifications, for the repair of
composite wood roof beams at Fire Station No. 4, as set forth in
the Agreement on file in the office of the City Clerk. The City
Engineer is authorized to advertise for bids for a construction
contract to repair the beams, in an amount not to exceed $50,000.
Funding is provided for in the Capital Improvement Program.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 25th day of
Ma3 , 1994 by the following vote.

Councilmembers Jack Drago, John R. Penna, Roberta Cerri Te~lia
and Mayor Pro Tem Robert Yee
