CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING ONE TIME ONLY GRANT
FUND FROM THE AREA AGENCY ON AGING FOR
$2,621 AND APPROVING BUDGET AMENDMENT NO.
94-6 TO THE 1993-1994 OPERATING BUDGET
WHEREAS, the Area Agency on Aging has awarded a one time only
grant in the amount of $2,621 to the Senior Services Division for
the purpose of purchasing several pieces of equipment; and
WHEREAS, said funds will be utilized to purchase equipment to
be used as follows:

$2,621
WHEREAS, there will be no financial obligation for the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco as follows:
1. The City Manager, on behalf of the City of South San
Francisco, is hereby authorized to accept funds in the amount of
$2,621.00 from Area Agency on Aging and execute any and all
documents necessary to receive such funds.
2. The amount of $2,621.00 is appropriated to the Parks &
Recreation operating budget to be utilized for the Senior Services
Division.
3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
adoption.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 8th day of
June , 1994 by the following vote:

Councilmembers Jack Drago, John R. Penna, Roberta Cerri
Teqlia and Mayor Joseph A. Fernekes
