CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR THE STREET RESURFACING PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City solicited competitive bids for the
maintenance of specific streets in the Street Resurfacing Program;
and
WHEREAS, this is part of a five year program with the street
resurfacing done on a priority basis; and
WHEREAS, E1 Camino Paving, Inc. of Mountain View was the most
responsive and responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of the City
of South San Francisco, that the city Council hereby authorizes the
City Manager to enter into a contract with E1 Camino Paving, Inc.,
in the amount of Two Hundred Sixty Five Thousand Six Hundred Forty
Three Dollars and Eighty Three Cents ($265,643.83) for the Street
Resurfacing Program.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a re§u]ar meeting held on the 8th day of
June , 1994 by the following vote:
AYES:
Councilmembers Jack Drago, John R. Penna, Roberta Cerri
Teglia and Joseph A. Fernekes
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT:
