CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
CITY MANAGER TO PREPARE AND EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT FOR SOIL REMEDIATION SERVICES ON
THE PRICE CLUB SITE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
The City Manager is authorized and directed to prepare and
execute on behalf of the City of South San Francisco an Agreement
in the amount of $40,000 for a six month period between the City of
South San Francisco and Clayton Environmental to provide soil
remediation services for contaminated material originating from the
Price Club site. In the event the remediation required more time,
Clayton Environmental will provide remediation services at the rate
of $10,000 per three month period. Funding is provided for in the
Downtown Redevelopment Fund.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a reQu]ar meeting held on the 13th day of
Ju]v , 1994 by the following vote.

Robert Yee and Mayor Joseph A. Fernekes
