HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 94-1994 RESOLUTION NO. 94-94 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SEWER RATES EFFECTIVE FY 1994-95 AND AMENDING THE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE TO INCLUDE THE RATES WHEREAS, by Chapter 14.12 of the South San Francisco Municipal Code the City Council is authorized to establish sewer rates by resolution; and WHEREAS, the City Council has given notice and on July 13, 1994, held a public hearing as required by law on the subject sewer rates. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that it hereby adopts the schedule of rates set forth in the attached Exhibit "A" and hereby amends the City's Master Fee Schedule to include the rates. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall take effect upon its adoption by two-thirds vote of all members of the City Council and that the rates so established shall be collected on the official tax assessment roll, together with real property taxes, and that the amount shall constitute liens upon the properties which shall be effective at the same time and to the same extent as is provided for by law in the case of real property taxes, with like penalties for delinquencies. Residential Class Single-family dwelling Multi-family dwelling (duplexes, flats, apartments, and similar class of users) ANNUAL RATE $122.00 per dwelling per year $122.00 per dwelling per unit per year Trailer Court and similar class of uses $111.00 per dwelling per unit per year Institutional Class Schools, colleges, rest homes, hospitals, clubs, lodges and similar class of uses.
