CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT FOR
FIRE PREVENTION SERVICES BETWEEN COLMA
FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT AND THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the city of South San
Francisco, that:
The City Manager is directed to prepare and execute, on behalf
of the City of South San Francisco, an Agreement between the City
of South San Francisco and the Colma Fire Protection District to
provide fire prevention services for the Colma Fire Protection
District. The agreement is on file in the office of the City
Clerk.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 27th day of
t]lJ]y , 1994 by the following vote.

Councilmembers Jack Drago, John R. Penna. Roberta Cerri Teglia,
Robert Yee and Mayor Joseph A. Fernekes
