CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO
PREPARE AND EXECUTE A PARCEL MAP RELATING
TO THE AVALON SCHOOL SITE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
The City Manager is directed to execute, on behalf of the City
of South San Francisco, a Parcel Map as required by the sales
agreement for the purchase of a portion of the former Avalon School
Site identified as Lot A, provided that the lot identified as
Parcel B be adopted to include at minimum Lot 5. The Parcel Map is
on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adoptedby the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a requ]ar meeting held on the 27th day of
July , 1994 by the following vote.
AYES:
Councilmembers Jack Drago, John R. Penna, Roberta Cerri Teglia,
Robert Yee and Mayor Joseph A. Fernekes
