CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
AGREEMENT WITH CH2M HILL FOR CONTINUATION OF
SERVICES DURING CONSTRUCTION OF THE OYSTER
POINT INTERCHANGE AND APPROPRIATING SUCH FUNDS
TO THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BUDGET PROGRAM
WHEREAS, on January 13, 1993 the City Council approved an
Agreement with CH2M Hill to provide continuing services during
construction of the Oyster Point Interchange Project; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has received a report dated July 27,
1994 regarding the status of the Oyster Point Interchange Project,
the need to amend the existing contract with CH2M Hill for
providing services during construction, and the recommendation to
supplement the proposed budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco that:
1. It hereby approves an interim amendment to the contract
with CH2M Hill in an amount of $523,000 as described in the report
dated July 27, 1994.
2. It hereby authorizes the additional appropriation of
$590,000 of Oyster Point Interchange fees for the project.
3. It hereby authorizes the reduction of the Oyster Point
Interchange Project budget by the sum of $200,000 in revenue from
the City and County of San Francisco Water Department.
4, The City Manager is authorized to execute all documents
necessary on behalf of the City to carry out the previously
described items.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 27th day of
July , 1994 by the following vote:

Councilmembers Jack Drago, John R. Penna, Roberta Cerri Teglia,
Robert Yee and Mayor Joseph A. Fernekes
