CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING TWO PARCEL MAPS AND
RECORDATION OF SAME RELATING TO THE SALE OF
SCHOOL SURPLUS PROPERTIES LOCATED AT THE
ALTA LOMA AND AVALON SCHOOL SITES
WHEREAS, the parcel map for the Alta Loma School site merges
the school district parcel being sold to the City with a contiguous
lot the City owns which has access to a City street; and
WHEREAS, the parcel map for the Avalon School site was revised
to merge the remaining parcels of this site into one parcel.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco, that the city Council hereby approves the
two Parcel Maps for the Alta Loma and Avalon School sites and
authorizes and directs the City Clerk to record or cause
recordation of said maps in the official records of the County of
San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopte~ ~y the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a spec]a! meeting held on the 29th day of
August , 1994 by the following vote:
