CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR
REPAIR OF GLULAM BEAMS AT FIRE STATION NO. 4
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
The City Manager is authorized and directed to execute on
behalf of the City of South San Francisco an Agreement in the
amount of $27,750.00 between the City of South San Francisco and
Helex Engineering & Construction, Inc. of San Mateo for repair of
five (5) Glulam beams at Fire Station No. 4, as set forth in the
Agreement on file in the Office of the City Clerk. Funding is
provided for in the Capital Improvement Program project for Fire
Station No. 4.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 14th day of
September , 1994by the following vote.

Councilmembers Jack Drago, John R. Penna, Robert Yee and
Mayor Joseph A. Fernekes
