CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET AMENDMENT
95-4 TO THE 1994-1995 OPERATING BUDGET
FOR THE PURCHASE OF SURPLUS SCHOOL SITES
WHEREAS, $1,575,000 was appropriated in the 1993-1994 budget
for the purchase of the surplus school sites; and
WHEREAS, this appropriation lapsed June 30, 1994; and
WHEREAS, remaining funds are required to complete this
purchase.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco that:
1. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed
to roll over unencumbered appropriations from fiscal year 1993-1994
for the purpose of surplus school property acquisition.
2. Budget Amendment 95-4 is hereby approved.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a re§u]ar meeting held on the 14th day of
September , 1994 by the following vote.
