CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE CITY MANAGER TO PREPARE AND EXECUTE
AN AGREEMENT FOR ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN
AND CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT SERVICES FOR
THE AIRCRAFT NOISE INSULATION PROJECT
PHASE IX
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
The City Manager is authorized and directed to prepare and
execute on behalf of the City of South San Francisco an Agreement
in the amount of $786,235 between the City of South San Francisco
and Corlett, Skaer and DeVoto Architects, Inc. for architectural
design and construction support services in connection with the
Aircraft Noise Insulation Project - Phase IX. Funding is provided
for in the resolution approving Budget Amendment CIP 95-2
Appropriating $5,412,000 in Fiscal Year 94-95 for this Project.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a requ]ar meeting held on the 28th day of
September , 1994 by the following vote.

and Mavor Joseph A. Fernekes
