CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE
1994-1995 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BUDGET
(AIRCRAFT NOISE INSULATION PROJECT-PHASE IX)
WHEREAS, the San
established a program
aircraft noise; and
Francisco International Airport has
to expand insulation of homes against
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 45-94 dated April 27,
1994, the City Council approved funding of $152,000 for start-up
costs in connection with the Project; and
WHEREAS, a check in the amount of $5,004,000 has been received
from the Airport and an additional $408,000 will be received for a
total of 451 homes comprising Phase IX of the Aircraft Noise
Insulation Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco that it hereby appropriates 5,260,000 in the
aviation grant fund and appropriates said funds for the Aircraft
Noise Insulation Project, Phase IX.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the city Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 28th day of
September , 1994 by the following vote.

and Mayor Joseph A. Fernekes
