CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR 1994-1995
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that:
The "Capital Improvement Program" is approved. Funds are
appropriated in the total amount of Seventeen Million Six Hundred
Fifty Eight Thousand Dollars ($17,658,000.00) for the 1994-1995
projects, and those projects are authorized to proceed. All
unexpended funds previously appropriated for prior years
uncompleted projects are carried over into 1994-1995 and the
Director of Finance is authorized and directed to make necessary
fund transfers. A copy of the Capital Improvement Program is on
file in the office of the City Clerk.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 28th day of
September , 1994 by the following vote:
AYES: Counci]members Jack Drago, Roberta Cerri Teg]ia, Robert Yee
and Mayor Joseph A. Fernekes
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT:
Councilmember John R. Penna
