CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET AMENDMENT CIP 95-2
TO THE 1994-1995 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BUDGET -
WEST PARK 1, 2 & 3 PARKS AND PARKWAYS MAINTENANCE
DISTRICT RENOVATION
WHEREAS, while progressing toward the West Park 1, 2 & 3 Parks
and Parkways Maintenance District Renovation unforeseen
construction problems have occurred; and
WHEREAS, a need for additional walkway replacement and the
increase in construction contract support services require
additional funds to complete the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco that it hereby adopts this budget amendment
to appropriate $45,000 of Common Greens funds for completion of the
West Park 1, 2 & 3 Parks and Parkways Maintenance District
Renovation Project.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 26th day
