CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET AMENDMENT
CIP 95-3 TO THE 1994-1995 CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT BUDGET - EMERGENCY TRUNK SEWER
AND STORM DRAIN LINE REPAIR-CONRAD COURT
WHEREAS, the competitive bidding process was waived and
authorization was given to expend up to $70,000 to repair the
broken 10" trunk sewer and storm drain at Conrad Court; and
WHEREAS, all work has been completed covering the amount of
$70,000 in addition to $16,193 for in-house labor credited to
Fiscal Year 1993-94 budget; and
WHEREAS, additional funds in the amount of $29,702.00 is
required to complete the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco that it hereby adopts this budget amendment
to appropriate an additional $29,702.00 from the Sewer Enterprise
Fund for completion of the Emergency Trunk Sewer and Storm Drain
Line Repair-Conrad Court.
