A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR REPLACEMENT OF HARDWOOD FLOOR
IN THE SOCIAL HALL OF THE MUNICIPAL
SERVICES BUILDING
WHEREAS, the City solicited competitive bids for replacement
of Hardwood Floor in the Social Hall of the Municipal Services
Building; and
WHEREAS, Spiteri's Hardwood Floor Company was the most
responsive and responsible bidder in the amount of $77,846.00; and
WHEREAS, funding for the Project is included in the City's
Capital Improvement Project budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco, that the City Council hereby authorizes the
City Manager to enter into a contract with Spiteri's Hardwood Floor
Company in the amount of Seventy Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Forty
Six Dollars (($77,846.00) for replacement of Hardwood Floor in the
Social Hall of the Municipal Services Building.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a r~gular meeting held on the Qth day of
November , 1994 by the following vote:

Councilmembers Jack Drago, John R. Penna. Roberta Cerri Teglia,
Robert Yee and Mayor Joseph A. Fernekes
