CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET AMENDMENT
CIP 95-4 TO THE 1994-1995 CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT BUDGET AND AWARDING
FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE WESTBOROUGH PARK
PLAY AREA
CONTRACT
WHEREAS, pursuant to the call for bids as provided in
Resolution No. 116-94 adopted September 14, 1994, and published
notice, bids were publicly opened, examined and declared on the
25th day of October, 1994, for the Westborough Park Play Area, Bid
No. 1918.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco, that:
1. The Council hereby awards the contract to the lowest
responsible bidder, J.M. Construction in the amount of Sixty Three
Thousand Dollars ($63,000.00), and authorizes the City Manager to
sign the agreement with J.M. Construction, which is on file in the
Office of the City Clerk.
2. The Council hereby approves Capital Improvement Budget 95-4
for an additional Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000.00) from the Park
Dedication Fees to supplement the $75,000 initially allocated for
construction of the project.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a reQu]ar meeting held on the 9th day of
November , 1994 by the following vote:

Councilmembers Jack Draqo, John R. Penna, Roberta Cerri Teqlia,
Robert Yee and Mayor Joseph A. Fernekes
