CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AMENDING A CONTRACT WITH ARROYO
ASSOCIATES FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES TO INCLUDE
CITY'S FIRE AND POLICE DEPARTMENTS' LEAVE USAGE
WHEREAS, the City has previously approved a resolution
(Resolution No. 89-94) authorizing the City Manager to enter into
a contract with Arroyo Associates for a service delivery analysis
for City maintenance services in Public Works and Parks and
Recreation departments, as well as clerical/secretarial services
and City Code Enforcement Services; and
WHEREAS, Arroyo Associates has submitted a proposal to amend
their current contract to include a review of the City's Fire and
Police Departments' leave usage; and
WHEREAS, Arroyo Associates has submitted and expanded scope of
services which would be performed at cost not to exceed $22,500.00;
and
WHEREAS, should actual costs be less than estimated costs, the
City will be billed at the lesser amount.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of the City
of South San Francisco, that the City Council hereby authorizes the
City Manager to prepare and enter into a contract amendment with
Arroyo Associates to expand the scope of services of the existing
contract to include City employees assigned to the Fire and Police
Departments and to increase the not to exceed contract amount by
Twenty Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($22,500.00)
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the city of South San
Francisco at a special meeting held on the 30th day of
November , 1994 by the following vote:

Teglia, Jack Drago and Mayor Robert Yee
