CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AMENDING FINAL STATEMENT FOR
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1994-1995
WHEREAS, the city has an unexpended CDBG Fund balance of
$280,000; and
WHEREAS, the City is required to submit a final statement for
the current 1994-1995 CDBG program year; and
WHEREAS, the City's final statement must
activities funded with CDBG funds; and
reflect the
WHEREAS, notice of this hearing was published on October 30,
1994, as required by law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco, that:
1. The City Council authorizes the filing of an amended final
statement for the Community Development Block Grant Program wherein
such statement shall be consistent with the funding priorities
previously established and set forth in the staff report attached
hereto.
2. The City Council further authorizes staff to submit said
amended final statement to the Department of Housing and Urban
Development.

Francisco at a requ]ar meeting held on the 14th day of
December , 1994 by the following vote:
