HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 84-1993 RESOLUTION NO. 84-93 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING WITHDRAWAL OF "LETTER E" FROM PART II OF EXHIBIT "A" TO CITY COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO. 75-93 WHEREAS, on June 23, 1993, by Resolution No. 75-93, the City Council of the City of South San Francisco (the "City Council") adopted written findings and responses to written comments or objections received in connection with consideration of the Redevelopment Plan for the E1 Camino Corridor Redevelopment Project Area (the "Plan") in accordance with the provisions of Health and Safety Code §33363; and WHEREAS, Exhibit "A" to Resolution No. 75-93 contained the City Council's written findings and responses to all written comments received by the City on the Plan; and WHEREAS, Part II of Exhibit "A" contained copies of all written comments and responses received by the City on the Plan; and WHEREAS, "Letter E" contained in Part II of Exhibit "A" a Memorandum from the South San Francisco Unified School District (the "District"), which Memorandum set forth the fiscal impact of the E1 Camino Corridor Redevelopment Project to the District; and WHEREAS, by letter dated July 2, 1993, the District informed City staff that it was not the intent of the District to submit the Memorandum (hereinafter referred to as "Letter E") as a comment requiring a response (pursuant to Health & Safety Code §33363) and the District further requested City staff to withdraw "Letter E" from Exhibit "A" to Part II of Resolution No. 75-93 (a copy of the letter from the District to City staff is attached hereto as Attachment "1" and by this reference incorporated herein). NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of South San Francisco hereby authorizes the withdrawal of "Letter E" from Exhibit "A", Part II of Resolution No. 75-93. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Agency's response to "Letter E", contained in Part III of Exhibit "A" to Resolution No. 75-93 is also withdrawn. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San at a regular meeting held on the 14th day of July , 1993 by the following vote: AYES: Councilmembers Jack Drago, Joseph A.
