HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 89-1993RESOLUTION NO. 89-93 CITY ~OUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ASSESSMENT OF COSTS FOR ABATEMENT OF ABANDONED VEHICLES WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 8.48 of the South San Francisco MunicipL1 Code, the Police Department is authorized to abate public nuisances by having abandoned vehicles on private property towed away; a]~d WH]~REAS, pursuant to Government Code §38773.5 and South San Francis~o Municipal Code §8.48.150 the City may charge the costs of abateme]lt to the property owner and if the owner does not pay, the amount be made an assessment against the property to be collect~d as other property taxes; and this :REAS, the following abatements were conducted pursuant to .hority and remain unpaid: 1) Owner: APN: Address: Abatement Date: Cost: Southern Pacific Railroad S.B.E. 872-41-27A Parcel 1 P.O.
