CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A BASIC LIFE SUPPORT
TRANSPORTATION SERVICE CONTRACT WITH MERCY
LIFE CARE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
Tke City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute
a basic life support transportation service contract with Mercy
Life Care to provide basic life support ambulance service in South
San Francisco which service is to be provided by July 15, 1993.
Fees will be as follows:
$300 per transport when the ambulance responds to the
incident within eight (8) minutes; and
$280 per transport for responses taking over eight (8)
minutes.
No funding is required for this contract. A copy of the Agreement
is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 14th day of
July , 1993 by the following vote.
