CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTEANAGREEMENT FOR
LABOR RELATIONS CONSULTING SERVICES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, that:
The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute
an agreement with Industrial Employers and Distributors Association
(IEDA) for Labor Relations Consulting services. The fee charged
for these services will be $2,788.40 per month. A copy of the
Agreement is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 28th day of
July
