A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT
FOR THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO SCAVENGER
COMPANY CONSULTING SERVICES
BE RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francis~ that:
1. City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to
negotiai~e and execute an agreement with Hilton, Farnkopf & Hobson
to [ct a review of the South San Francisco Scavenger
Company's 1993-1995 rate request and rate structure. The fee
charged for these services will be in an amount not to exceed
Thirty ~our Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars ($34,900.00). A copy
of the is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
