CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING REPORT OF ANNUAL SEWER RENTAL
AND CHARGES FOR 1993-94 PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 14.12 OF
THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO MUNICIPAL CODE
WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 14.12 of the South San Francisco
Municipal Code, sewer rentals and charges are required to be
assessed on the City tax rolls and collected with the regular
municipal taxes; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was duly called and held on July 28,
1993 at the hour of 7:30 p.m., in the Community Room of the
Municipal Services Building, 33 Arroyo Drive, South San Francisco,
California to consider any protests and/or modification of the
report prior to adoption thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the city
of Soutk San Francisco that:
1. The sewer rentals and charges filed with the city Clerk
contained in the "Report of Sewer Rental Charges for 1993-94, in
accordance with Chapter 14.12 of the Municipal Code, as submitted
by the Director of Finance, are hereby adopted, and the rentals and
charges will be assessed on the City tax rolls and collected with
the regular municipal taxes. Pursuant to Chapter 14.12 of the
Municipal Code, the rentals shall constitute a lien upon the
respective parcels of real property in the City of South San
Francisco, attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
2. The City Clerk shall cause a copy of this resolution to
be published within fifteen (15) days after passage in the
Enterprise-Journal, a newspaper of general circulation published in
the city of South San Francisco, and shall further certify to the
County Tax Collector or Auditor that the report was adopted by the
Council.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a adj. req. meeting held on the 2nd day of Auqust ,
1993 by the following vote:

REPORT OF SEWER RENTAL CHARGES FOR 1993-94
IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 14.12 OF THE
SOUTH SAH FRANCISCO HUNICIPAL CODE
In accordance with chapter 14.12 of the South San Francisco
Municipal Code, in the following report prepared as of July 1, 1993,
is submitted. The report describes the procedure of charging those
parcels of real property which directly receive the benefits of
municipal sanitary sewer services and the amount of the annual.charge
or rental which wil be imposed against each parcel for fiscal year 1993-94.

2. Sewer Rental Account file. This report refers to and
incorpora=ed by reference the report entitled .'Rate Determination and
Revenue P-ogram Smmery,' prepared by and on ~ile at the City of
South San Francisco Water Quality Control Plant. The report summarizes
the 1993-~4 sewer rental charge that will be proposed to the City Council
on July 28, 1993. Upon adoption of the proposed charges, or amendments
thereto, c report entitled 'City of South San .Francisco Sanitary Sower
Charges,' prepared by Engineering Data Services, Los Altos, California
will be ccmLoleted. The report will describe each parcel of real property
receiving directly the benefits of municipal sanitary sewer service and
the amoun= of annual charge or rental imposed against each parcel for
fiscal year 1993-94 which describes by Assessor's parcel n~r each parcel
of real property receiving sanitary sewer serwice and the amount of annual
charge or rental imposed against each parcel for 1993-94. All of these
documents, including this report, shall be filed with the County Tax
Collector or Auditor. Accompanying the filing of this report shall be
Clerk's erdorsement that the report has beend~rLy~a~d~¥~e~by the City Council.
