CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
FOR THE WILLOW PARKS AND PARKWAYS
MAINTENANCE DISTRICT CONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 58-93 funds have been
appropriated for the construction of the Willow Parks and Parkways
Maintenance District; and
WHEREAS, on June 23, 1993 bids were received for this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco, that:
1. The Council hereby awards the construction contract for
the Willow Parks and Parkways Maintenance District Construction to
the lowest responsible bidder, Vic Sotto, Inc. of Milpitas,
California in the amount of Three Hundred Eighty Three Thousand
Five Hundred Five ($383,505.00) Dollars, and authorizes the City
Manager ~o sign the agreement with Vic Sotto, Inc. which is on file
in the Office of the City Clerk.
2. The Council hereby rejects all other proposals or bids.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a n adj. requ]ar meeting held on the 2nd day of
Aucust , 1993 by the following vote:
AYES:
Councilmembers Jack Draqo, Joseph Fernekes, John R. Penna,
Robert Yee, and Mayor Roberta Cerri TeQlia

ABSENT: None
