CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING ANAGREEMENT FOR
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES DURING CONSTRUCTION
OF THE WILLOW GARDENS PARKS AND PARKWAYS
MAINTENANCE DISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the city of South San
Francisco, that:
The City Manager is authorized and directed to execute, on
behalf of the City of South San Francisco, an Agreement for an
amount not to exceed $14,300 between the City of South San
Francisco and Jim Hemmann Associates (JHA) for continuing
professional services during construction of the Willow Gardens
Parks and Parkways Maintenance District project. The Agreement
is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco at an ad3. regular meeting held on the 2nd day of
Au§ust , 1993 by the following vote.

Councilmembers Jack Drago, Joseph A. Fernekes, John R. Penna,
Robert Yee, and Mayor Roberta Cerri Teglia
