CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO EXTENDING THE CITY'S INTERIM
SPENDING AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it needs
additional time to review the fiscal year 1993-1994 budget; and
WHEREAS, significant modifications to the budget and the
City's work force may be required; and
WHEREAS, the City's current interim spending authorization
expires on August 29, 1993; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to extend the interim
spending authority for an additional thirty (30) days to allow for
appropriate revenue and modifications for fiscal year 1993-1994
budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco that:
The City's interim spending authority, granted by
Resolution No. 73-93, is hereby extended through
September 30, 1993.
Ail of the other limitations and conditions set forth in
Resolution No. 73-93 are continued for the duration of
the interim spending authority.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a re§u]ar meeting held on the 25th day of
Auqust , 1993 by the following vote:
AYES:
Councilmembers Jack Dra.qo, Joseph A. Fernekes, John R. Penna,
Robert Yee, and Mayor Roberta Cerri Teqlia
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: N0ne
