CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET AMENDMENT
93-14 TO THE 1992-1993 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
BUDGET
WHEREAS, the West Park 1,2 & 3 Parks and Parkways Maintenance
District construction project, as designed, anticipated an amended
total project budget of $1,988,051 based on the issuance of bonds
to be sold and paid through assessments; and
WHEREAS, funding for the project in the amount of $1,341,356,
was provided for in the 1992-1993 Capital Improvement Program; and
WHEREAS, bonds have been sold.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco hereby adopts this budget amendment and
appropriates an additional $646,695. The Director of Finance is
authorized to make necessary transfers to establish this funding.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the25th day of
Au§ust , 1993 by the following vote:

Robert Yee, and Mayor Roberta Cerri Teglia
