CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SEWER
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR
1993-1994 TO 1997-1998
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that:
The "Sewer Capital Improvement Program" is approved. Funds
are appropriated in the total amount of $9,040,992.00 for the
1993-1994 projects, and those projects are authorized to proceed.
Although projects are shown for subsequent years, they will be
reviewed again as part of the 1994-1995 budget preparation process.
All unexpended funds previously appropriated for prior years
uncompleted projects are carried over into 1993-1994 and the
Director of Finance is authorized and directed to make necessary
fund transfers. A copy of the Sewer Capital Improvement Program is
on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 25th day of August ,
1993 by ~he following vote:

Councilmembers Jack Drago, Joseph A. Fernekes, John R. Penna,
Robert Yee, and Mayor Roberta Cerri Teglia
