CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING NEGOTIATION
OF AGREEMENT WITH THE LIBERTY BANK
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco's Community
Development Block Grant (CDBG) Housing Rehabilitation Program
wishes to negotiate an Operating Agreement with Liberty Bank for
making and processing loans in connection with this Program; and
Ail City funds required under this Agreement will come from
the Community Development Block Grant Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the city
of South San Francisco, that:
1. The Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to
negotiate and execute an Agreement between the City of South San
Francisco Community Development Block Grant Housing Rehabilitation
Program and Liberty Bank for making and processing loans in
connection with the Program.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a re§u]ar meeting held on the 8th day of
September , 1993 by the following vote:

Councilmembers Jack Drago, Joseph A. Fernekes, and Robert Yee
NOES:
ABSTAIN:
ABSENT:
None
